The Great Lakes Sport Fishing News (GLSFN) is the official publication of the Michigan Steelhead and Salmon Fishermen’s Association (MSSFA). The GLSFN publishes six issues per year. The GLSFN  is designed to educate and inform members about issues and events pertaining to sport fishing. All communication regarding advertising, circulation or other issues should be sent to the publisher. All communications regarding editorial issues, including letters, photos, newsworthy chapter events, and articles should be sent to the editor. 

The GLSFN  has articles covering river fishing, big lake trolling, pier and surf fishing, DNR news including information from the Citizen Advisory Panels for the Great Lakes, articles on events that impact our sport fishery, legislative issues,  chapter activities, MSSFA lake and river committees, our executive director,  and board of directors’ activities.
